Gringo's Cubanos festival food offers mouth watering, authentic Cuban sandwiches made with 12-hour-marinated, slow-roasted mojo pork, tangy mustard, pickles, melted Swiss cheese, and honey-roasted ham. All served on butter-pressed bread for a delightful crunch. Double fried, spicy tostones are the perfect accompaniment. The perfect food stall for your festival, concert, show, market, wedding, party or corporate event.
What is Mojo Pork?
Mojo (pronounced mo-ho) is a classic Cuban sauce made with (a lot of) onion, (a lot of) garlic, oregano, salt and citrus juice. It's a tangy, bitter brew that perfectly compliments our melt in the mouth pork.
We marinate our pork in mojo sauce for 12 hours before roasting it in a bath of orange, grapefruit and lime juice for 4 hours.
Before serving, we fry up our roast pork slices (we don't do pulled pork at Gringo's) to give an extra crunch whilst remaining deliciously tender.

We are a rag-tag group of foodies bringing one of Miami's favourite foods to the shores of the UK - the Cubanos or Cuban Sandwich. We don't do anything by half and we believe our Cubanos is one of the most authentic you can get this side of the Atlantic from any food truck or restaurant.
